Salary: £28,742 plus commission

Your Responsibilities:- Ignite the shop floor with your drive, motivation, and enthusiasm.
- Impress customers with your technical expertise and recommend the perfect products every time.
- Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for all customers.
- Maintain store excellence in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and meeting deadlines.
- Experience in delighting customers in a retail setting.
- A passion for teamwork, along with the leadership skills to guide and mentor others.
- Experience in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Knowledge of the telecoms sector.

- Typical commission of £3,500 (pro-rata); top performers can earn up to £20,000!
