We are looking for efficient and motivated Picker/Packers to join our vibrant warehouse team in Durham, North Carolina. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders and carefully preparing them for shipment. Your duties will include using order pick lists or scanners, accurately locating and retrieving products, inspecting items for quality, packaging products securely, and labeling packages for delivery. This role is fundamental to our order fulfillment process and directly impacts customer satisfaction within our logistics network. A commitment to workplace safety is paramount, and you will be required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow all safety guidelines. This position involves significant physical activity, including standing for long periods, walking, and frequent lifting of items up to 40 pounds. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has good hand-eye coordination, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment. Prior experience as a picker/packer or in a similar warehouse role is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals.
