Responsibilities:
- Receive and process inbound shipments accurately.
- Stock and organize merchandise within the distribution center.
- Pick and pack orders according to specific requirements.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and order pickers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including strict PPE usage.
- Participate in inventory control activities and cycle counts.
- Identify and report any damaged products or safety concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Perform duties that may include manual labor and occasional Lifting .
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics .
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to wear necessary PPE .
