We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Picker/Packers to join our dynamic logistics team in Detroit, Michigan. As a Picker/Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders. This position involves navigating the warehouse efficiently to locate and retrieve specified items, and then carefully packaging them for shipment. Attention to detail is paramount to minimize errors and maintain customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, adhering to strict safety protocols, and contributing to the overall success of our warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include using handheld scanners to track inventory, verifying product information, and preparing orders for dispatch. We are committed to providing a safe and supportive work environment, which includes mandatory use of appropriate PPE. Significant lifting may be required, up to 50 lbs, so a good level of physical fitness is beneficial. This role is fundamental to our supply chain and requires a proactive approach to task completion. Training will be provided, but prior experience in a similar role within logistics is a plus.
