Join our dynamic team as a Fulfillment Associate in the vibrant city of Boston, Massachusetts! We are looking for dedicated individuals to play a key role in our order fulfillment process. This position is central to our Logistics operations, involving the accurate and efficient picking, packing, and preparing of customer orders for shipment. A strong emphasis is placed on maintaining a high level of accuracy and productivity while adhering to all Safety guidelines and using the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role requires physical stamina and the ability to perform frequent Lifting of items, as well as standing and moving for extended periods. The ideal candidate will be a team player, possess excellent organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be contributing directly to customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and correct order fulfillment. We offer competitive wages and a positive work culture. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Label and prepare packages for outgoing Logistics.
- Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming goods.
- Contribute to team goals for order fulfillment speed and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or Logistics role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to wear required PPE and follow Safety protocols.
