We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in Boise, Idaho. As a Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to all Safety standards. This includes managing staff, optimizing workflows, and maintaining a secure and productive work environment. You will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. A strong understanding of Logistics principles and best practices is essential. Your leadership will directly impact our operational success. This position requires the ability to manage a team, implement procedures, and enforce the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). While the supervisor role is less about direct physical labor, awareness of tasks involving Lifting and physical demands within the team is important for effective management and support. You will be instrumental in fostering a culture of Safety and continuous improvement within the warehouse. We are looking for a leader who can motivate a team, problem-solve effectively, and contribute to the overall success of our Logistics network. Experience in supervising warehouse staff and managing operational budgets is highly desirable. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities.
- Manage, train, and motivate warehouse staff.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure accuracy.
- Implement and enforce Safety policies and procedures, including proper PPE usage.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for efficiency.
- Ensure timely and accurate order picking, packing, and shipping.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth Logistics operations.
- Maintain records and generate performance reports.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations and Logistics.
- Familiarity with inventory control systems.
- Understanding of Safety regulations and the importance of PPE.
- Ability to develop and implement operational improvements.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Must be able to oversee tasks that may involve Lifting.
