We are seeking an energetic and reliable Fulfillment Associate to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. This role is critical to ensuring our customers receive their orders quickly and accurately. You will be involved in all aspects of order fulfillment, from receiving and stocking products to picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Accuracy and efficiency are key performance indicators in this position. You will use hand-held scanners and our warehouse management system to manage inventory and fulfill orders. A strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics is beneficial. Safety is paramount, and all team members are required to adhere to strict safety protocols and utilize appropriate PPE. This role requires the ability to perform physical tasks, including consistent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and put away incoming stock.
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on customer orders.
- Inspect products for damage and pack orders carefully for shipment.
- Process shipments, including labeling and staging for carriers.
- Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and adjustments.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including mandatory PPE usage.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics operations.
- Regularly perform tasks involving Lifting of goods weighing up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or distribution center environment is preferred. Ability to perform physical tasks, including repetitive Lifting and standing for extended periods. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Basic computer proficiency and experience with RF scanners. Must be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced logistics setting. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A strong commitment to workplace Safety. Understanding of material handling principles. Must be reliable and punctual.
