This role is fundamental to our logistics network, ensuring that customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately. You will be involved in various aspects of the fulfillment process, including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Stage outgoing orders for carrier pickup.
- Maintain organized and clean work areas, contributing to a safe environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment as trained and authorized.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Follow established lifting guidelines and seek assistance when necessary for heavy items.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
- Support the overall efficiency of the fulfillment and logistics processes.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and deadlines.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 40 lbs on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is beneficial.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced logistics setting.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend throughout the shift.
- Team-oriented with effective communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
