Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of warehouse duties including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders.
- Operate warehouse equipment as trained and certified.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through system updates.
- Ensure all products are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Follow all lifting guidelines and utilize appropriate equipment for heavy items.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Participate in regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Support the overall logistics and supply chain operations.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs frequently.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to PPE requirements.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
