We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team in New York City, New York. This role is crucial to our logistics operations, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of goods. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment is essential, as is adhering to all safety protocols. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders for shipment.
- Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (training provided if necessary).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse space and equipment.
- Conduct inventory counts as required.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Identify and report any damages or discrepancies in inventory.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to safety and following procedures.
