We are seeking enthusiastic Fulfillment Associates for our San Francisco, California facility. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include picking items from inventory, packing them securely for shipment, and processing orders for dispatch. A strong emphasis is placed on workplace safety; therefore, adherence to all safety protocols and the mandatory use of PPE is crucial. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order fulfillment lists.
- Pack items securely and efficiently to ensure safe delivery.
- Process orders for shipping, applying appropriate labels and documentation.
- Receive and stock incoming inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the proper use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock management.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our logistics processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in fulfillment, warehousing, or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment.
