This position is fundamental to our logistics chain, ensuring that products are managed efficiently from arrival to departure. You'll be responsible for a range of tasks including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods.
- Stock shelves and racks with inventory, ensuring proper placement.
- Accurately pick and prepare items for outgoing orders.
- Pack products securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Load and unload trucks and containers.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse facility.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the consistent wearing of PPE.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stocktaking.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and meet targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or manual labor experience is preferred.
- Physical capability to perform tasks including lifting up to 60 lbs.
- Basic knowledge of logistics and warehouse management principles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Commitment to following all safety protocols and wearing required PPE.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
