We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Boise, Idaho. This position is integral to our logistics and distribution process, involving a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth operation of our warehouse. You will be responsible for handling inventory, fulfilling orders, and contributing to a safe and efficient work environment. If you are a motivated individual with a strong commitment to accuracy and safety, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving, inspecting, and logging incoming shipments.
- Accurately picking and packing orders for shipment to customers.
- Stocking and organizing inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Performing regular inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
- Ensuring a clean and organized warehouse space to promote safety and efficiency.
- Following all established safety procedures and guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
- Must be able to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs and engage in other physically demanding tasks.
- Assisting with shipping and receiving duties as directed.
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily operational goals and contribute to overall logistics success.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures regarding warehouse operations.
