Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our thriving facility in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be instrumental in the efficient operation of our warehouse, handling a variety of tasks essential for inventory management and order fulfillment. Your responsibilities will include receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will utilize scanning technology to ensure accuracy in all inventory movements. A commitment to safety is paramount, and you will be required to adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires the ability to perform tasks involving regular lifting and physical activity. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are highly valued.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners.
  • Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and trailers.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive warehouse atmosphere.
  • Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required. Ability to perform tasks requiring regular lifting, typically up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and teamwork skills. Must be reliable and punctual. Basic understanding of inventory and logistics principles is helpful. A strong commitment to workplace safety and the use of PPE is essential. This role offers a great entry point into the logistics industry.
