Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Organize warehouse space to maximize efficiency and safety.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse facility.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to logistics and workplace safety.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Must understand and follow safety guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks in a logistics setting.
