You will play a key role in ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. This involves picking items from inventory, packing them with care, and preparing them for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on customer orders.
- Pack items securely to prevent damage during shipping.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
- Ensure the correct use of PPE and follow all safety guidelines for logistics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is beneficial.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be willing to wear required PPE and follow safety protocols rigorously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving in a dynamic logistics setting.
