Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Store merchandise in designated locations within the warehouse.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using pick lists or scanners.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring quality and protection.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and checks.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on Safety.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or retail experience is beneficial.
- Ability to handle frequent Lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse equipment operation.
- Understanding of logistics and inventory control principles.
- Dedication to following Safety guidelines and wearing required PPE.
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
- Good physical stamina and dexterity.
