Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items according to customer orders.
- Inspect products for damage before packing.
- Package items securely and efficiently for shipping.
- Label packages accurately for delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized packing station and work area.
- Adhere to all company safety standards, including the correct use of PPE.
- Report any inventory discrepancies to management.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in picking and packing or general warehouse work preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to perform lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
- Comfortable standing and walking for most of the shift.
- Commitment to safety and following all guidelines, including the use of PPE.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
