Electrical Installation Repair Technician

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will perform a variety of electrical maintenance tasks including installation, repair and troubleshooting of electrical systems.

As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will work across multiple facilities performing intermediate-level installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems up to 480 volts. You will troubleshoot issues in circuits, wiring, motor controls lighting and receptacles with minimal guidance.

You will also conduct preventive maintenance and inspections per IFM standards using computerized maintenance management systems (e.g., Dynamics 365 Field Service CMMS). The successful candidate must have experience working with commercial equipment installations which may include HVAC plumbing tasks as well as the safe use of hand power tools test equipment PPE.

• Intermediate-level knowledge of NEC OSHA NFPA 70E standards;
• Working knowledge of low-voltage applications such as Security Access Controls BAS systems;
• Able to read interpret wiring diagrams blueprints equipment schematics basic proficiency work order asset management software;
