where business users automate in plain English, not code. We're looking for a hungry, driven SDR to join our growing sales team and work side-by-side with our Account Executives in Charleston, SC. This is a ground-floor opportunity for a recent grad or early-career sales professional (03 years) who wants to learn enterprise SaaS sales from the inside out. You won't be siloed in a call center
you'll be embedded with the AE team, touching every stage of the pipeline and building the foundation for a career in enterprise sales. Key Responsibilities: Cold calls, email sequences, LinkedIn outreach
own your top of funnel Partner with AEs across the full sales cycle
demos, lead execution, follow-ups Represent Kognitos at conferences and industry events Hit activity and pipeline targets consistently Required Qualifications: 03 years of sales or relevant experience Entrepreneur mindset
treats pipeline like their own business Hungry, coachable, not afraid to pick up the phone Based in or able to work in Charleston, SC Aspiring enterprise AE
this is a launchpad, not a landing spot Preferred: CRM experience, SaaS/tech exposure, interest in AI/automation What We Offer: $50K$70K base + variable bonus + equity Work directly with AEs
