Role Overview: Outbound Sales Advisor As an Outbound Sales Advisor, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, engaging with potential customers through both inbound and outbound calls. Your mission? To present our energy products and services in a compelling way and guide customers towards making informed decisions. Key Responsibilities: * Make outbound and receive inbound calls to promote our products and services. * Build strong relationships and identify customer needs using effective questioning techniques. * Use proven sales techniques to close deals and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. * Collaborate with your team and management to maximise performance and achieve collective goals. * Consistently meet daily/weekly KPIs and performance targets.
