Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
- Pack products carefully and efficiently, ensuring they are protected during transit.
- Assemble product orders and prepare them for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners safely and efficiently.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Follow all guidelines for safe Lifting and handling of products.
- Understand the flow of goods within the logistics network.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse setting is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting and moving products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding and adherence to safety protocols, including the use of PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- A commitment to efficient logistics and customer service.
