Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick orders from warehouse shelves using pick lists or scanners.
- Inspect picked items for damage and ensure correct product identification.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Label packages accurately for shipment.
- Assist in maintaining an organized and clean picking and packing area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and audits as needed.
- Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy standards.
- Perform tasks that involve regular lifting and moving of packages, often up to 50 lbs.
- Contribute to the overall success of our logistics operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a picker/packer or in a similar warehouse role is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists and product labels.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Capacity to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Physical ability to perform lifting tasks up to 50 lbs.
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to follow instructions.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe workspace.
