Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory according to established procedures.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and speed.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Be prepared for regular lifting tasks up to 50 lbs.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics network.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety principles.
- Commitment to following all safety protocols and wearing appropriate PPE.
