Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products for customer orders using scanning devices.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Verify order accuracy before sealing and preparing for shipment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Report any discrepancies or damages immediately.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the use of required PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous picking and packing experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic math skills.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
- Willingness to follow all safety guidelines, including PPE usage.
- Understanding of logistics principles is beneficial.
This role requires consistent physical effort, including frequent lifting, and adherence to strict safety protocols is a must. We provide comprehensive training on our logistics systems and safety procedures.
