We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in St. Louis, Missouri. This role is fundamental to our daily operations, ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of goods. As a Warehouse Associate, you will perform a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock and organize merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including mandatory PPE use.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stocktaking activities.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.
- Assist with other warehouse and logistics-related duties as assigned.
- Perform tasks that involve regular lifting and physical exertion.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management principles.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to PPE guidelines.
- Good communication skills.
