Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Distribution Center Associate in St. Louis, Missouri! In this versatile role, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our distribution center, handling a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. You will be an integral part of our logistics network, ensuring that products are managed efficiently and accurately from arrival to departure. Comprehensive training will be provided, covering all aspects of the job, including essential Safety procedures and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
  • Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to Safety.
  • Utilize all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) diligently.
  • Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
  • Support overall logistics operations and contribute to team goals.

Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and Lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management and logistics principles is beneficial.
  • Must be reliable and punctual.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Commitment to workplace Safety and following all guidelines.
  • Experience with RF scanners is a plus.
