Come join our team as a Picker/Packer in our busy Fort Worth, Texas warehouse! This essential role involves accurately retrieving items from inventory and preparing them for shipment to our valued customers. As a Picker/Packer, you will utilize order lists or RF scanners to locate products on shelves and then carefully package them to ensure they arrive safely. This is a critical function within our logistics network, directly impacting customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will be working in a dynamic environment that requires both speed and accuracy. Strong attention to detail is a must. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining a clean and organized work station and assisting with inventory counts. Strict adherence to all safety guidelines, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. This position requires the ability to perform tasks involving standing for long durations, walking, and regular lifting of items that can be of moderate to significant weight. We are looking for energetic, reliable individuals who can work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Comprehensive training on our specific warehouse processes and logistics systems will be provided.
