Join our team in San Antonio, Texas as a Warehouse Associate! We are looking for dedicated individuals to support our daily warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing inventory. This role is vital to our logistics network, ensuring efficiency and accuracy from start to finish. Safety is our utmost priority, and we expect all associates to strictly follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE. We need team members who are reliable, efficient, and committed to maintaining a safe and productive workplace. This is an excellent entry point into the logistics field.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Assist in maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organization.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with discrepancy resolution.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Support the logistics team in achieving daily operational goals.
- Identify and report any safety hazards or damaged goods.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic math skills.
- Commitment to a safe working environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when needed.
