Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Properly store and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Pack orders with care and efficiency to ensure safe delivery.
- Prepare items for shipping and load outbound trucks.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Follow all established safety procedures and guidelines.
- Practice safe lifting techniques and be prepared for frequent lifting.
- Wear all mandatory PPE, including safety vests and closed-toe shoes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Basic computer skills are a plus.
