Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from inventory using order lists and scanning devices.
- Pack items carefully and efficiently, ensuring product safety during transit.
- Stage orders for shipment, verifying accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse environment.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines diligently.
- Participate in inventory management tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team performance goals.
- Employ correct lifting techniques and be prepared for consistent lifting.
- Wear all required PPE, such as safety shoes and high-visibility vests.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse work is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts if needed.
