We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Provo, Utah! In this role, you will be instrumental in the day-to-day operations of our distribution center, contributing to the seamless flow of goods through our logistics network. Responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products. You will operate various warehouse equipment and ensure the accuracy and integrity of inventory. Our commitment to safety is paramount, and we provide comprehensive training on safe work practices and the mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE). This role demands physical stamina, including consistent standing, walking, and the ability to handle significant lifting. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock and organize inventory accurately in designated areas.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Prepare orders for shipment and load trucks.
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Utilize proper lifting techniques and be prepared for repeated lifting of items.
- Wear all required PPE at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience as a warehouse associate or in a related role is a plus.
- Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse machinery is beneficial.
- Ability to perform strenuous physical activity, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic understanding of inventory management.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
