Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on pick lists or system-generated orders.
- Verify picked items against order documentation for accuracy.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure product safety during transit.
- Label packages correctly for shipping.
- Operate hand scanners and other warehouse technology as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all established safety procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Adhere to lifting and material handling guidelines.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, supporting overall logistics operations.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a picking, packing, or warehouse environment is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to read and interpret order forms and product information.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work at a consistent pace in a fast-paced setting.
- Comfortable with physical demands, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding and commitment to warehouse safety practices.
