We are hiring a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Austin, Texas. This role is fundamental to our daily operations, ensuring that inventory is managed effectively and orders are processed accurately. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in various tasks, from receiving and stocking goods to picking and packing orders for shipment. Your commitment to efficiency and Safety is paramount in this fast-paced logistics environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and ensure accurate placement of products.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Load and unload delivery trucks as needed.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations through diligent work and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including Lifting items up to 50 pounds.
- Basic understanding of inventory management.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced logistics setting.
- Commitment to Safety and following instructions.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Detail-oriented and focused on accuracy.
