You will be responsible for locating, selecting, and preparing items for shipment in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities:
- Accurately picking customer orders using RF scanners and order sheets.
- Packing items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Organizing picked items and staging them for shipping.
- Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Must be comfortable with lifting items up to 40 lbs regularly and performing repetitive tasks.
- Conducting quality checks on picked items to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily order fulfillment targets.
- Understanding and following directions for order processing within our logistics system.
- Participating in inventory counts and checks as needed.
