Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Distribution Center Associate to join our team in Detroit, Michigan. This role is central to our logistics network, ensuring that products are processed efficiently and accurately. You will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, from receiving goods to preparing them for shipment. Responsibilities:
  • Receiving, unpacking, and verifying incoming inventory against purchase orders.
  • Accurately picking and packing orders for shipment, ensuring correct items and quantities.
  • Operating various warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and compliant manner.
  • Organizing and stocking inventory within the distribution center to optimize space and accessibility.
  • Performing quality checks on products and packaging.
  • Adhering to all safety standards and protocols, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Must be capable of lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs, and performing physically demanding tasks throughout the shift.
  • Participating in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stocktaking.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet operational targets within our logistics framework.
  • Following all company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety. Experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting is preferred.
