We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our logistics network, handling a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient movement and storage of goods. Responsibilities include receiving incoming shipments, accurately picking and packing customer orders, stocking inventory, and preparing items for dispatch. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and physically capable of performing warehouse duties. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against documentation.
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and speed.
- Stock shelves and replenish inventory as needed.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and use required PPE at all times.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Report any damages, shortages, or safety concerns to supervision.
- Contribute to overall team efficiency and goal achievement in our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is advantageous.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of and adherence to safety standards, including the use of PPE.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
