Responsibilities:
- Operate a reach truck to move, put away, and retrieve palletized inventory.
- Safely navigate narrow aisles and elevated rack systems.
- Ensure accurate placement and organization of inventory within racking.
- Perform pre-shift inspections of the reach truck and report any issues.
- Assist with loading and unloading trailers as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all Safety guidelines.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and Safety regulations.
- Properly utilize all required PPE while operating equipment.
- Contribute to overall warehouse efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications:
- Valid reach truck operator certification and demonstrated experience.
- Proven ability to operate reach trucks safely and efficiently in a warehouse environment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse Safety procedures and best practices.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Capable of performing tasks involving moderate physical activity and occasional Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential for this logistics role.
