Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using pick lists or scanning equipment.
- Verify product information and quantities before fulfillment.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and use of PPE.
- Operate pallet jacks and other equipment as needed.
- Communicate any discrepancies or issues to supervisors promptly.
- Contribute to team goals for order fulfillment accuracy and speed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role is a plus.
- Ability to perform consistent lifting of up to 35 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse inventory systems and scanning technology.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
