Job Summary:
Join our team as a Shipping Clerk in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where you will be instrumental in managing the efficient and accurate processing of all outbound shipments. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to upholding Safety standards. You will work closely with our logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products to our customers, playing a key role in our supply chain success.
Responsibilities:

Process and prepare all outbound shipments, including generating labels and documentation.
Verify that orders are accurately picked and packed before shipment.
Coordinate with freight carriers for pickups and track shipments.
Maintain organized and up-to-date shipping records.
Ensure the warehouse shipping area is clean, organized, and safe.
Operate material handling equipment as needed.
Assist with Loading and unloading trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods.
Perform tasks that may involve moderate Lifting of boxes and packages.
Confirm that all personnel are using required PPE.
Support the overall Logistics team in achieving operational goals.
Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED.
Previous experience in a shipping, receiving, or logistics role is highly desirable.
Proficiency with shipping software and general computer skills.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong commitment to workplace Safety.
Ability to perform physical duties, including regular Lifting.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with standard PPE.
