The Perioperative Educator is a key professional who supports the growth and development of nursing staff across multiple sites, with a focus on perioperative services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain alignment with administrative policies through behavior, dress code, attendance record, confidentiality standards, professionalism and reliability expectations.
• Develops educational programs to meet identified learning needs using adult education principles.
• Determines effectiveness of training activities using relevant evaluation systems.
• Fosters collaboration among healthcare professionals by participating in committees meetings forums to enhance staff capabilities improving patient care outcomes overall performance of employees

Required Skills And Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Required. Master's Preferred

Experience : 5 years preferred
