Maintenance Worker

Les Marronniers, a friendly private seniors' residence located in Lévis, is looking for someone to fill a temporary, indefinite-term maintenance worker position. Responsibilities include apartment renovations and resident requisitions, as well as other related tasks such as flooring installation, painting, and plastering. Schedule: 40 hours/week with 1 weekend out of 5. Salary: Starting at $20.78

• Clean entryways and common areas
• Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas
• Maintain and clean the premises
• Schedule and ensure that preventive maintenance is performed on equipment
• Supervise the maintenance of the equipment
