Restaurant Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Restaurant Administrator to oversee the financial, administrative, and HR functions of our upscale restaurant group. This is a key operational leadership role that ensures the business runs efficiently behind the scenes, supporting both our team and our brand standards with precision and integrity.

You will be responsible for managing accounting processes, payroll coordination, compliance, HR administration, and internal reporting, while working closely with ownership and operations leadership to maintain financial accuracy and organizational excellence.

Who We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Restaurant Administrator, Accounting, or HR role within the hospitality industry
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials, including P&L, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and cost controls
• Experience handling HR functions such as onboarding, employee documentation, benefits coordination, and compliance
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Discreet, solutions-oriented, and able to manage confidential information
• Proficiency in POS systems, payroll platforms, and accounting software
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field preferred
• Working knowledge of Spanish or another language is a plus
