*Responsibilities*
* Diagnose and treat orthodontic conditions using braces, clear aligners, and other appliances
* Develop and execute customized treatment plans
* Deliver high-quality care with a focus on patient education and comfort
* Collaborate closely with an experienced orthodontic and clinical support team
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
*Qualifications*
* DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
* Certificate from an accredited orthodontic residency program
* Licensed or eligible for licensure in North Dakota
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Patient-focused, motivated, and growth-oriented
* Open to new graduates
Pay: $300,000.00 - $320,000.00 per year
