*Overview*
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in children of all ages, helping them achieve their fullest potential. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young clients through innovative therapy techniques and collaborative care. CFs are welcome to apply
*Responsibilities*
* Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify speech, language, and communication challenges in pediatric clients
* Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with each child's needs and goals
* Deliver engaging speech therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based strategies and activities
* Collaborate with families, caregivers, and healthcare providers to support ongoing progress
* Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust therapy approaches as needed
* Maintain detailed documentation of assessments, treatment sessions, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards
* Educate families on home exercises and strategies to reinforce therapy outcomes
*Skills*
* Excellent communication skills for engaging children and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
* Familiarity with patient assessment tools and medical terminology related to speech-language pathology
* Passion for supporting children's communication development through innovative therapies

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
