• Detecting individuals suspected of immigration or custom law violations is an integral part of this role.

This position requires the ability to inspect documents and possessions, determine violations and find evidence. It also involves interrogating individuals found without proper travel documents, preventing illegal cross-border activity, controlling migration traffic through surveillance from covert positions using infrared scopes during night operations.

• Patrol international borders via government assets including vehicles, horses and vessels while maintaining control over the movement of people crossing into US territory.">
