We are hiring a motivated Warehouse Associate for our San Antonio, Texas facility. This position is key to our daily operations, involving the handling of goods from receiving to dispatch. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards up for analyzing.
- Track and coordinate the dispatch and arrival of goods.
- Perform duties of the warehouse, as well as to receive and ship orders.
- Check for damaged goods; note and report for damage or discrepancies.
- Organize warehouse and work areas for orderliness at all times.
- Conduct daily stock takes and report discrepancies.
- Ensure adherence to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if trained).
- Contribute to the efficient functioning of the overall logistics chain.
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including regular Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong understanding of warehouse Safety procedures and protocols.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, such as safety vests, gloves, and steel-toed boots.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with basic inventory management principles.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Must have a strong commitment to Safety and operational efficiency.
