Job Summary:
We are hiring a motivated Warehouse Associate for our San Antonio, Texas facility. This position is key to our daily operations, involving the handling of goods from receiving to dispatch. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
  • Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards up for analyzing.
  • Track and coordinate the dispatch and arrival of goods.
  • Perform duties of the warehouse, as well as to receive and ship orders.
  • Check for damaged goods; note and report for damage or discrepancies.
  • Organize warehouse and work areas for orderliness at all times.
  • Conduct daily stock takes and report discrepancies.
  • Ensure adherence to all company Safety policies and procedures.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if trained).
  • Contribute to the efficient functioning of the overall logistics chain.

Requirements:
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including regular Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse Safety procedures and protocols.
  • Willingness to wear required PPE, such as safety vests, gloves, and steel-toed boots.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with basic inventory management principles.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Must be reliable and punctual.
  • Must have a strong commitment to Safety and operational efficiency.
