This role is crucial to our logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. You'll be working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, contributing to the efficient flow of goods and upholding our commitment to timely delivery. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are detail-oriented and can maintain high levels of productivity. Your responsibilities will include:
- Accurately picking items from warehouse shelves based on order tickets.
- Packing items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Labeling packages correctly with shipping information.
- Operating warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
- Assisting with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to work independently or as part of a team, and possess good physical stamina. This position involves frequent standing, walking, bending, and **Lifting** up to 50 lbs. A commitment to **Safety** in all aspects of warehouse operations is paramount.
