We are seeking a Customs and Border Protection Officer to join our team. As a CBPO, you will be responsible for enforcing customs, immigration, and agriculture laws and regulations while facilitating the flow of legitimate trade and travel.

• Analyze situations and make determinations in compliance with laws and regulations that may lead to arrests, seizure of property, fines, and/or penalties based on findings.


• Conduct inspections of individuals and conveyances to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.


• Determine the admissibility of individuals for entry into the United States.

1. Citizenship: You must be a U.S. Citizen to apply for this position.
2. Residency: You must have had primary U.S. residency (includes protectorates as declared under international law) for at least three (3) of the last five (5) years.
   A minimum age requirement applies due to retirement provisions covered by Public Law , but exceptions can exist if previously serving or currently serving in certain positions.
