The role of a Customs and Border Protection Officer is to safeguard the nation by protecting its borders, deterring illicit activity, and enhancing economic prosperity. • Enforcing Laws:
• Performing physical inspections of people, documents or goods for criminal activity,fraud,and/or illegal operations.
